ComposiMold’s - Clear Casting Plastic
Ideal Epoxy Resin for Use in ComposiMold Molds

Basic Instructions: For crystal clear, bubble-free castings, slowly and thoroughly mix Part A with Part B in equal proportions. Slowly pour into your ComposiMold mold that has been lightly coated in ComposiMold’s Vegetable Oil-Mold Release.
Complete Instructions:
1. Make a mold of an object YOU choose with ComposiMold Reusable Mold Making Materials, and let solidify by cooling.
2. Remove the object from the mold. You can easily make a slice in the ComposiMold if necessary to remove the object.
3. Spray or wipe the inside of the mold cavity with a mold release, suitable for epoxy resins, such as
Vegetable Oil, Mineral oil, or silicone release agent.
4. Slowly mix the Clear Casting Plastic Part A with Part B in equal proportions by volume or weight. Be sure to scrape the sides of the mixing container to thoroughly combine all material.
(You may add colorants or textural materials at this time.)
5. Slowly pour the Clear Casting Plastic mixture into your ComposiMold mold.
6. Let the Clear Casting Plastic cure in the ComposiMold for at least 24 hours. Remove to admire your crystal clear casting!
Warnings:
ComposiMold’s Clear Casting Plastic can cause eye and skin irritation. If skin contact is made, wash with soap and water. If eye contact is made, flush with large amounts of clean water for 5 minutes. If irritation persists, consult physician. Avoid prolonged inhalation exposure and remove to fresh air if effects occur, consult physician. Do not drink these products. If ingestion occurs, do not induce vomiting. Give large quantities of water with one oz. vinegar in one oz. water and consult physician.
